1. DATA CONTROLLER
This Clarification text is provided by Türkter Liman and Deniz İşletmeciliği A.Ş. as a data controller within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to Be Complied with in the Fulfillment of the Disclosure Obligation. (Türkter Liman) has been prepared for the purpose of fulfilling the obligation to enlighten the relevant persons regarding the collection, processing, transfer, data processing purposes and legal reasons and the rights of the data subject within the framework of the activities carried out by “Türker Liman".
Türker Liman takes all possible technical, administrative and legal measures in accordance with the KVKK and related legislation in order to ensure the processing of personal data in accordance with the law and to protect privacy. In order to achieve this purpose, the personal data of the interested party is processed in the scopes and conditions detailed below.

2. PROCESSED PERSONAL DATA, METHODS OF COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA, PURPOSES FOR PROCESSING, LEGAL REASONS AND TRANSFER
The personal data obtained within the scope of new construction, repair-maintenance, structural steel and other activities carried out by Türker Liman and/or shared with Türker Liman by the data owner or third parties and detailed in the table below are collected, processed and transferred on the basis of the legal reasons specified, limited to the purposes shown in the same table
2.1. Employee Candidates
Personal data of the candidates, details of which are specified in the table below; résumés sent or hand-delivered by the employee candidate through various means, electronic/printed job application form, institutions organizations established for employment purposes and internet platforms (İskur, Kariyer.net, Yenibiris.com, LinkedIn.com, etc.) , interviews, information and documents provided by the employee candidate with the familiar references are collected through verbal, written or electronic channels such as closed circuit camera system.

• Personal data within this scope; Explicit stipulation of the law (KVKK article 5/2a), The processing of personal data belonging to the parties to the contract is necessary, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract (ARTICLE 5/2c of the KVKK), Data Controller must be obliged to fulfill its legal obligation (KVKK article 5/2ç), Data processing is mandatory for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right (KVKK article 5/2e), It is processed without seeking the explicit consent of the candidate working on the basis of the reasons why data processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller (ARTICLE 5/2f) provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the person concerned. • The personal data of the Employee Candidates specified under the heading "Health Information" in this table are processed by persons or authorized institutions organizations under the obligation to keep secrets for the purposes of protecting public health, carrying out preventive medicine, medical diagnosis, treatment and care services, planning and management of health services and financing within the framework of the conditions specified in article 6/3 of the KVKK, without seeking the explicit consent of the relevant person. In case of processing of health data outside the limits stipulated in article 6/3 of the KVKK, the explicit consent of the data subject is sought. • The Judicial Registration Information and Union Membership Information specified in this table under the heading "Other Information" of the employee candidates are processed by obtaining the explicit consent of the candidate (KVKK article 5/1). • If the applicant's application is to be stored in the Cv Pool, the open consent of the candidate (KVKK article 5/1) is sought. • The identity (name - surname) and contact information (phone number, e-mail address) of the persons reported as references in the résumés of the candidates are processed in order to obtain information about the candidate by contacting the relevant person. It is accepted that the employee candidate has obtained the explicit consent of the persons he/she has referred to as a reference in accordance with article 5/1 of the KVKK to share such data. |

Personal data detailed in the table above, in accordance with the general principles of KVKK and the rules set forth in Article 8 of the KVKK titled "Transfer of Personal Data" and Article 9 of "Transfer of Personal Data Abroad" and by taking necessary precautions;

Transfer of Personal Data
Personal data detailed in the table above, in accordance with the general principles of KVKK and the rules set forth in Article 8 of the KVKK titled "Transfer of Personal Data" and Article 9 of "Transfer of Personal Data Abroad" and by taking necessary precautions;
- it can be transferred to legally authorized persons and governmental institutions organizations, judicial and administrative authorities, regulatory and supervisory institutions, law enforcement and other authorities in order to fulfill our legal obligations.
-If necessary for the execution of our activities that require the participation of our subsidiaries limited to the purposes of processing personal data specified in the table, group companies can be transferred to our subsidiaries.

3. Personal Data Owner's Rights
In relation to your personal data in accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK and the relevant legislation;

• Requesting information about your personal data if it has been processed,
• To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,
• To know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred at home or abroad,
• Request correction of your personal data in case of incomplete or inaccurate processing and to request notification of the transaction carried out within this scope to the third parties to whom the personal data are transferred,
• Request the deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the Law No. 6698 and to notify third parties to whom the personal data are transferred, if the reasons requiring its processing disappear, even though it has been processed in accordance with the law no. 6698 and other relevant law provisions,
• Objecting to the emergence of a result against you by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
• You have the right to claim compensation if you suffer damages due to the processing of your personal data in violation of the KVKK.
• In addition, you have the right to withdraw the processing of personal data you have provided with your express consent with your application.
Your applications regarding your rights listed in above; You can forward it to Türkter Liman in accordance with the Notification on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller. Türkter Liman shall finalize your request free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty (30) days at the latest from the date the request reaches it. However, if the transaction also requires a cost, you shall be charged the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board. You shall be notified of the responses to your applications by Türkter Liman in writing or electronically. If your application is rejected, the reasons for the rejection shall be explained to you on the grounds.
